Chemical Damp Proofing

Rising damp is the effect of water rising from the ground into the property. When damp gets really bad, the build-up of moisture can effect the internal and external walls of a building. Moisture from rising damp destroys walls, plaster and eventually brick and masonry. 

The most effective way to treat rising damp is to inject a chemical damp proof. This involves injecting a damp proof chemical into a series of holes drilled along the base of the wall that is suffering from the effects of rising damp. Once injected, the chemical damp proof will diffuse within the walls to form a level barrier. This will allow the wall to dry and block any future rising damp.
